geweldig product, zeer snel geleverd binnen 14 dagen in huis. Het enige nadeel is dat de batterijen wel heel snel leeg gaan, binnen 2 dagen. Iedere keer de bel losschroeven en opladen is niet handig. Er zit een USB aansluiting aan de achterkant maar er zit geen opening in de houder. ik heb nu een gat in het kozijn en de houder moeten boren om de laadkabel permanent aan te sluiten.

le produit est arrivé de Pologne en 10 jours comme promis. quand vous le recevez n'oubliez pas d'enlever les stickers/scotch qui sont autour des 2 piles/batteries, car sinon votre appareil ne fonctionnera pas bien. c'est-à-dire les batteries ne ceux chargeront pas. Le vendeur/ technicien est très à l'écoute et vous rendra de grands services si vous avez le moindre souci ! Il est très efficace, aimable et Professionnel !!! bref fais-lui confiance! je teste actuellement la batterie qui a été chargée à plein pour ma part 4h le vendeur dit 2h de charge, mais il n'y a pas de témoin qui disent quand c'est fini de charger. Pour ma part j'ai changé 4h par précaution. l'application thuya va vous faire peur concernant l'autonomie de la sonnette vidéo ! en effet si vous avez mis en service le PIR, vous allez rapidement recevoir des notifications comme quoi la batterie est faible!!! Cela passera aléatoirement à 20% 40% 60 % 70 % puis ça repasse à 100 %!!?? Certainement un problème logiciel.

Na aantal pogingen is het uiteindelijk gelukt. Had eerst de 2 batterijen 24 uur opgeladen, na de folie van de batterijen te hebben verwijderd. Ik dacht dat je met de telefoon de code van de videobel moest scannen en had de doorvideo geselecteerd, dat was dus fout, daarom lukte het niet. De bel camera moet de code op de smartphone herkennen vanuit de app en je moet secure camera selecteren, dat was bij mij onduidelijk, maar nu kan iedereen het lezen, hoe het niet moet. Het werkt, mooie scherpe camera, mooi beeld en ik ben een beetje dovig maar de extra gong hoor ik luid en duidelijk, ook met de koptelefoon op. Beetje knullige schroefjes die in hardhout snel doldraaien, de schroevendraaier zat er niet bij, maar had zelf een goede. Dinsdags besteld, dezelfde week de zaterdag (DHL) afgeleverd, alleen kreeg niet van DHL (ik heb hun app) een notificatie melding dat men langskomt.
